Lucas is a “hidden gem” in Collin County!

LUCAS has a Strong LEGACY

Evelyn L. Molina

My name is Evelyn Molina, and I am running for election for Lucas City Council, Seat 3. I firmly believe that local elections, such as the Lucas City Council, must be nonpartisan. I appreciate endorsements from individuals who take the time to learn about me and my platform.  I have lived and raised my four sons in Lucas since 2005. I believe in our city.  Since my sons are now grown and independent, I want to give back to the city that has given us so much.

ENGAGE – LEARN – SUPPORT

I believe and plan to keep our citizens engaged, learn what their needs are, and support them in issues from home to business.

Evelyn spends time serving on the RHCA Ambassador group, where she leads along with a core group of about 18 to 20 active Ambassador Members, and every quarter chairs Membership luncheon; a meeting that brings active, new and renewed members to network with each other and to also receive their Member certification(s)

Initiatives:

As an Officer, I would like to involve many more SBE and WMBE’s in getting more close access to Prime GC’s, while working with our GC Members to also benefit them in doing business with SBE’s and WMBE’s. I would like to see more classes in educating them on how to close business and how to have access to financial help.  If our SBE’s and MBE’s get more knowledge on financial literacy and on how to become bankable; this will lead to more small business, make it to be PRIME! (hopefully)
